She has worked in the UK and throughout Europe and the Gulf region building an impressive international network over the last 15 years in Investment, Banking, Trading, Commodities, Finance and Real Estate. She also has a wealth of experience in the raising of equity for property developments and real estate ventures.

DIRECTOR – John Bain

An established property professional who owned and directed a successful property management and development company with an international brokerage. He has successfully facilitated many commodity transactions and has extensive knowledge of industry specific expertise in Finance, Investment, Insurance, Commodities, Property Development and Hospitality.

DIRECTOR – Michael O’Hare

Michael is a Senior Executive with an accomplished career record and proven success in Real Estate and Property Development projects both in the UK and Europe. An exceptional communicator with a consultative business approach, strong negotiation skills, outstanding problem-solving abilities he can identify opportunities, develop focus and provide tactical business solutions to all his clients.

DIRECTOR – Nargisa Baratova

Nargisa has a wide network of investors from Europe, Americas, CIS region and the Middle East. She is multilingual (English, Russian, Uzbek, Arabic, French) with an extensive knowledge of marketing, communications, operations and sales. She has a Master’s degree in International Business and an impressive track record in facilitating introductions between clients and investors.

COMPANY SECRETARY – Kevin Carter

Kevin was an Officer in the British Army for over 30 years and was awarded a Commendation for Meritorious Exemplary and Dedicated Service. He has a Master’s degree in Business Management and for nearly a decade was owner and Managing Director of a highly successful Recruitment & Employment business, specialising in Engineering, Transport, Rail and Logistics Industries.
